We're looking for you who has recently graduated and wants to start your career in energy and environment at a technical consulting firm where you'll get close to both the technology and customers. You'll work with process and environment-related assignments for customers, primarily in the production industry and water/wastewater sector. This is a role for you who is technically curious, engaged, and wants to understand how things work in practice. You don't need to know everything from the start. About the Position As a junior energy or environmental consultant, you'll become part of a team working with technical and environment-related assignments in the process industry and water/wastewater sector. You'll do things such as: • Collect and compile technical information • Analyze technical and environmental issues • Develop technical documentation and reports • Work with process-related issues in industry • Participate in customer meetings and site visits • Investigate and solve technical problems • Familiarize yourself with technical and legal information • Translate theory from your education into practical solutions • Collaborate with experienced colleagues in energy, environment, technology, and systems • Progressively take on greater responsibility for your own tasks and assignments You'll receive support from colleagues initially but are expected to be curious, ask questions, and drive your work forward. We're Looking for Someone Who • Has higher education in energy, environment, or equivalent technical field • Has graduated • Has clear interest in technology and wants to work toward the process industry • Has good ability to absorb, understand, and compile technical information • Has good social and pedagogical skills • Is engaged, curious, and has clear drive • Resides in Uppsala • Has very good Swedish in speech and writing • Has a B driver's license We're not looking for someone who just wants a first job after graduation. You should want to develop in this field and be interested in your customers' operations. You also need to be comfortable being out with customers and seeing how the technology works in practice.
