With quality, function and sustainability as our guiding stars, we contribute to making every place "a better place to be" About the Role As a junior accountant with us, you will have a broad and varied role with your own responsibility from day one. You work closely with the CFO and colleagues in Finance, Procurement and IT, and your contribution is directly crucial for our flows to customers and suppliers to run smoothly. This is not a typical assistant role — you are expected to take initiative, solve problems independently and drive your work forward without close supervision. The role suits you if you want to learn a lot in a short time and thrive in an environment where no two days are the same. Your Responsibilities The role spans several areas within finance and administration: ○ Accounts receivable and payable — payments, invoicing, credit assessment and follow-up ○ Payments and banking — daily banking routines, reminders, claims and collection ○ Accounting — bookkeeping, royalty settlement, agent commissions and monthly reconciliations ○ Controlling — budget monitoring, variance analysis and financial reporting ○ Management of payment platforms such as Klarna, Paypal and Stripe ○ Administration — mail handling, contract archives and shared inboxes We provide comprehensive onboarding and will train you in our systems and routines. Skills and Experience We place the greatest emphasis on personality and attitude — the right person is more important than the right CV. The following is desirable but not required: ○ Experience and/or education in accounting and administrative work ○ Basic understanding of accounts receivable and payable, invoicing or similar ○ Experience working in business systems ○ Good computer skills and ability to quickly master new systems.
