Junior Creative AI Operator / Developer

Build and develop creative AI solutions that support the design team at an international automotive company. Here you'll work closely with design and AI in an environment where visual expression, automation, and data-driven workflows converge. About the Role You'll work on operating and developing AI solutions for internal design support. The focus is on image generation, 3D data, and creative workflows. You'll contribute in a project-based environment with high delivery standards. What You'll Do Build and optimize AI-based workflows for design support. Manage and prepare large 3D datasets for automotive-related use cases. Work with synthetic data pipelines and high-volume rendering. Automate parts of data collection, rendering, and model training. We're Looking for Someone With Strong knowledge of Python and visual tools for AI and image generation. Practical experience with Blender and generative image models. Experience with LoRA training and model fine-tuning. Ability to work methodically with datasets and automation.
