You will report to the Head of Business Control. About the Role As a Junior Business Controller, you will be an important part of our Business Control function. You work closely with the business and help managers understand their finances, track key metrics, and identify improvement opportunities. You will also contribute to the development of our reporting and analysis tools, where Microsoft platforms play a central role. This is a perfect role if you want to combine finance, technology, and business development. Your Main Responsibilities As a Junior Business Controller, you work closely with operations and support first-line managers and team leaders in their financial follow-up. An important part of the role is to analyze working hours, deviations, and operational key metrics to create insights that contribute to better business decisions and increased profitability. You participate in monthly closings, results analyses, and financial investigations, and contribute to the budget and forecast process. The role also involves assisting with price adjustments according to customer agreements and supporting managers in understanding and using financial information as a tool to develop operations. Further, you monitor profitability, identify areas for improvement, and participate in the development of reports, dashboards, and other monitoring tools. You will also contribute to projects related to Business Control, digitalization, and operational development, while helping to develop working methods, processes, and analysis models that strengthen Avarn Security's future business management. We Believe You Have You have a higher education degree in finance, industrial economics, business analytics, or equivalent, and have worked for some years within controlling, finance, analysis, or a related field. You are experienced in Excel and see data as a natural tool for understanding operations and creating decision support.
