Teberg Legal is seeking a responsible and driven law student in the later stages of their studies who wants to apply their legal knowledge to practical business law work and grow together with a small business law firm in strong growth.
This position is not a purely administrative paralegal role. As a Junior Associate / Paralegal, you will work closely with the firm's attorneys and colleagues on client matters and contribute to the legal work. This gives you early insight into real cases and the opportunity to gradually take responsibility for defined tasks.
DUTIES
Your responsibilities will include:
Legal research and information gathering
Preparing drafts of briefs, documents, and other legal instruments
Preparations for client meetings and negotiations
Some contact with clients, authorities, courts, and other external parties
Routine case administration
All work is carried out under ongoing supervision and guidance from an experienced attorney. The role does not involve any independent responsibility for clients or cases, and all work is reviewed and approved by the responsible attorney.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR YOU IF YOU
Are enrolled in a law degree program and have completed at least semesters 5-6
Have a genuine interest in business law and commerce
Express yourself very well in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing
Are thorough, responsible, and solution-oriented
Enjoy working closely with colleagues and clients
Want to be part of a small company in a growth phase, where initiative and engagement are valued
Good computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new digital tools are merits. Previous experience in legal work or other qualified administration is also a merit, but not required.

The business is primarily focused on commercial dispute resolution, employment law, commercial contracts, corporate law, and business transfers (M&A), with particular focus on transactions in the Small Cap segment.
We are a growing business with short decision-making paths. With us, you will work closely with attorneys and support staff, follow cases from start to finish, and gain a practical understanding of both the law and the business behind each assignment.
We are currently located centrally on Östermalm and will shortly be moving the business to Kungsholmen.
