Junior Site Supervisor with Concrete Specialization

About the role: As a site supervisor for concrete at Peab Construction, you'll have a key role in our projects. You're responsible for planning, leading and monitoring daily work on site – with a focus on concrete work. You're the link between the site manager, skilled workers and subcontractors, and ensure that production runs on schedule, with quality and safety. Your responsibilities: Lead and coordinate concrete work on the construction site Plan resources and work tasks in consultation with the site manager/more experienced site supervisor Ensure that work is performed according to drawings, quality requirements and occupational health and safety regulations Monitor production, schedule and material deliveries Participate in planning and daily management of the work Contribute to a good working environment and safe working conditions Who are you? You have experience in concrete production and site supervision within construction or infrastructure projects. You're organized, solution-oriented and communicate well with different professional groups. You enjoy taking responsibility and have natural leadership based on respect and collaboration. You're a team player who enjoys working and reaching goals together with others. We'd like you to have: Relevant education in construction/infrastructure or equivalent experience Knowledge of concrete technology and production Experience in site supervision At least Concrete Class 2 (preferably Class 1) Driver's license Category B (required) Why Peab?
