In this role, you will work with analyzing and understanding physical and chemical properties of powders, suspensions, and injectable formulations. You combine practical laboratory work with method development, data review, and collaboration with colleagues in formulation, analysis, and project management.

Examples of work tasks
You will, among other things:
Perform physical and chemical characterization of raw materials, intermediates, and finished formulations.
Work with techniques such as laser diffraction, BET, Karl Fischer, electron microscopy, viscosity measurement, TGA, and HPLC.
Participate in method development, method validation, and improvement work.
Plan, conduct, and document experiments as well as compile results in reports.
Review data and ensure that analyses are performed according to applicable quality requirements.
Contribute to stability studies and cross-functional development projects.
Participate in the daily operation of the laboratory, including instrument maintenance and care.

For the role, we also see that you:
Have an academic degree in analytical chemistry, physical chemistry, materials chemistry, pharmaceutical science, or equivalent.
Have experience with laboratory analytical work.
Have very good knowledge of English and can communicate well in both speech and writing.
Have good knowledge of Swedish.
It is also meritorious if you have
Experience in physical characterization.
Familiarity with working according to established analytical methods and instructions.
Experience from GMP-regulated activities or other quality systems.
Practical experience with several of the analytical techniques used in the role.
