Junior Administrator with Immediate Start

In this role, you'll combine meticulous administrative work with system troubleshooting and play an important part in keeping the logistics flow running smoothly. About the Position This is a full-time consulting assignment with immediate start that initially extends until the end of the year. There are good opportunities for extension of the assignment. Job Responsibilities As an order administrator, you are responsible for ensuring that order information flows correctly between two internal systems. You track data, identify what prevents an order from going through, and correct issues such as incorrect postal codes or missing information. You receive Excel files via email, upload them into the systems, and review which rows have received error codes. Orders that don't pass through the system you check manually and adjust until the flow works. The work is administrative, meticulous, and resembles classic order administrative work with a focus on logic and data quality. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 17:30-01:00 with a 30-minute break. During your introduction in the first week, you will work daytime hours. The work measure is 35 h/week. • Ensure that order information flows correctly between two internal systems • Monitor and review data flows • Troubleshoot discrepancies and handle error codes • Upload and review Excel files with shipments • Manually check orders that get stuck in the system • Work with focus on logic and data quality Education, Experience, and Personal Qualities • Completed upper secondary education • Experience in administrative work • Good computer and system skills • Fluent Swedish language skills in speaking and writing, good English language skills in speaking and writing We believe you are someone who thrives in work where you can analyze, review, and ensure that information is correct.
