The RAVELLI motto is "everyone should be included", where all children should be able to afford to play sports or join the class trip. Since 2014, we have distributed over 65 million kr to school classes and associations.
WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL:
As a Junior Account Manager at Ravelli, you are responsible for handling all incoming customers. You do this by calling up interest registrations and handling incoming calls.
Your tasks include creating value for the customer and making it easy for them to use our service. You work independently with the entire process from contact, follow-up, and customer care.
In this role, you report to and work closely with the sales manager in Stockholm and become part of the sales team which currently consists of 6 people. As the company is in a good growth phase, there are great opportunities for the right person to grow within the company.
