About the role As Junior Account Manager B2B – Telecom & Business Services, you are responsible for developing and maintaining business customers who want to modernize their phone systems, switchboards and communications. This is a pure junior role – you are not expected to sell from day one, but learn the entire craft during your training. You receive thorough training from the ground up and learn to drive deals from first contact through close-up and follow-up, with support from clear processes, CRM systems, and colleagues with extensive experience in the field. Your main areas of responsibility: Prospect and develop new business customers within B2B Conduct needs analyses in telecom, switchboards and communications solutions Present and package solutions that create business value for the customer Prepare quotes, drive deals to close and follow up Build long-term customer relationships and develop your own customer portfolio Collaborate with internal teams to ensure strong end-to-end delivery Who we're looking for This is an entry-level role, and we're looking for you who are completely new to sales. We require no previous experience – maybe you just graduated, tried a couple of side jobs, or simply want to change direction and try something new.
