I'm looking for someone who wants to strengthen my fantastic team of assistants. The position is a temporary assignment at 50–100% part-time or full-time, and the work includes day, evening, and night shifts (on-call overnight stays). There are good opportunities for continued employment. I'm also looking for you if you're interested in hourly work for fill-in shifts when needed. Me - I'm a 58-year-old man with a spinal cord injury looking for you to work as a personal assistant. - I'm totally paralyzed from a car accident and need help with everything practical in my daily life – at work and in my free time. - I'm married and live in a villa in Nacka. I enjoy spending summers and other leisure time at our summer house in Grisslehamn, north of Norrtälje. - I love my job as a journalist and am also interested in music, social issues, good food, and spending time with friends. You - don't mind irregular working hours. - are attentive and have great understanding and respect for personal integrity. - are thorough and good at keeping to schedules. - don't need to have any previous care experience; attitude and personality are more important. - have good knowledge of the Swedish language. - have a driver's license and good driving experience. As my assistant, you'll be employed by Kooperativet Tetra, which I run together with two other people. We started Tetra to be able to offer our assistants good terms, and we run the company without personal profit interests. Tetra is a member of the employer organization Fremia, and our employees are covered by the collective agreement that Fremia has with Kommunal.
