Operations Manager

The role of Operations Manager involves a broad and dynamic position, with responsibility for a large group of office staff and your own team of skilled workers. You are expected to work with market and sales with the goal of continuously starting new projects. You are also responsible for the production of acquired projects, ensuring they are completed with satisfied customers and profitability. To succeed in this role, you should have experience from the construction industry and a solid understanding of the building process. You will have significant influence and a broad mandate that also includes responsibility for making decisions and delivering results. You need to be comfortable and thrive with market work and relationship building with existing and potential clients. As a manager, your goal is to create the best workplace, so daily tasks involving subordinate personnel are included, making your leadership of utmost importance. You will be part of the region's management group together with colleagues from Örebro, Västmanland, and Södermanland. You will have a loyal and highly competent group of employees to support you. Your project managers drive production and report continuously to you. You have support from local, regional, and central support functions as well as specialists in all conceivable areas. You work closely with the other Operations Manager group in Värmland, both on market matters and with shared resources. You report to the Regional Manager positioned in Karlstad. A driver's license is required for this position. Business travel occurs primarily in Värmland and to meetings within the region.
