About the Role We are now seeking a coach to work in Västerbotten based in Umeå and the surrounding area, within the transition fund TSL. In this role, you will work closely with job seekers, motivating, supporting, and guiding them toward employment or education. You will create action plans, follow up on interventions, and provide creative solutions to help each individual reach their goals. An important part of the work is actively building and developing relationships with local employers to create employment opportunities. The role also includes administrative tasks such as documentation and reporting. You will be part of an engaged team and collaborate with colleagues in other locations. Employment Part-time, approximately 30–50% depending on the scope of the assignment, with the possibility of expansion if needed. Permanent employment starting August 1. We are Looking for You If You Have at least 7 years of work experience Have at least 3 years of experience in transition/career change support Have relevant post-secondary education (at least 180 credits or equivalent) Have good knowledge of the labor market, preferably with a local network in Västerbotten Are self-driven, organized, and results-oriented Have strong communication skills and a coaching approach Have good digital skills For the position, a driver's license and access to a car are required.
