About the Role As a job coach/advisor within Rusta and Matcha 2, you will be responsible for your own participants and work actively to help them progress toward employment or education. The work is varied and includes: conduct individual meetings and mapping conversations identify participants' strengths, competencies, and paths forward match participants with concrete job openings actively contact and build relationships with employers present suitable candidates to employers support participants with CVs, cover letters, and interview preparation facilitate engaging and labor market-relevant group activities follow up on participants' progress toward employment or education work systematically with documentation and administration collaborate closely with colleagues and contribute to office results and development With us, you are not expected to only coach. An established network among employers in Västerås and the surrounding area is also highly valuable. Competency Requirements for the Position To work as an advisor within Rusta and Matcha 2, you must meet the Swedish Public Employment Service's competency requirements through one of the following options: Option 1 University education of at least 180 higher education credits. At least two years of full-time work experience. Option 2 At least one year of full-time study at post-secondary level with satisfactory results. At least three years of full-time work experience within one or more of the areas approved by the Swedish Public Employment Service, such as recruitment, transition work for job seekers, study and career guidance, or work with employment and labor market issues.
