It's also possible to work five days a week if you want to work full-time. About the Role As a substitute at the preschool, you replace regular staff during absences, often with short notice the same morning. Together with other staff, you are responsible for the group of children and participate in play and activities both indoors and outdoors. You help with dressing and undressing, participate in educational meals, and above all, you are a present adult for the children. With us, you are always personally matched to your assignments. You have a personal contact who supports you before, during, and after work. Of course, you will receive an introduction before you start.
