The substitute position can lead to longer-term assignments or permanent employment at the preschools we partner with. Right now we are recruiting preschool substitutes for assignments in Täby, Vallentuna, and Åkersberga!
With us you have great flexibility and can work according to your own schedule – which makes the position perfect to combine with studies. It's also possible to work five days a week if you want to work full-time.
About the role
As a substitute at preschool, you replace regular staff during absences, often with short notice the same morning. Together with other staff, you are responsible for the group of children and participate in games and activities both indoors and outdoors. You help with getting dressed and undressed, participate in educational meals, and above all, you are a present adult for the children.
With us you are always personally matched to your assignments. You have a personal contact with us who supports you before, during, and after work. Of course, you will receive an introduction before you start.
Qualifications and qualities
We are looking for someone who has:
· Completed upper secondary education or childcare training
· Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
· Previous experience working with children and young people
· Is positive and confident in your role as a role model
· Is willing to take responsibility and initiative and wants to collaborate with others
· Can work at least 3 days per week (for students at least 1 day/week)
· Is committed to working as promised
