With us, you have great flexibility and can work according to your own schedule – which makes the position perfect to combine with studies. You can also work five days a week if you want to work full-time. About the Role As a substitute at the preschool, you replace regular staff during absences, often with short notice the same morning. Together with other staff, you're responsible for the group of children and participate in play and activities both indoors and outdoors. You help with dressing and undressing, participate in meals with educational components, and above all, you're a present adult for the children. With us, you're always personally matched to your assignments. You have a personal contact with us who supports you when you need it before, during, and after work. Of course, you'll receive an introduction before you start. Qualifications and Qualities We're looking for someone who: · Has completed upper secondary education or childcare training · Has very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written · Has previous experience working with children and young people · Is positive and confident in a role model capacity · Is prepared to take responsibility and initiative and wants to collaborate with others · Can work at least 3 days per week (for students, at least 1 day/week) · Is committed to doing the work as promised How to Apply Submit your application via the link in the ad or apply directly on our website.
