The substitute position can lead to longer assignments or permanent employment at the preschools we partner with. Right now we're seeking preschool substitutes for assignments in Åkersberga, Täby, and Vallentuna!
With us, you have great flexibility and can work according to your own schedule – which makes this position perfect to combine with studies. You can also work five days a week if you want to work full-time.
About the Role
As a substitute at the preschool, you replace regular staff when they are absent, often with short notice the same morning. Together with other staff, you are responsible for the children's group and participate in play and activities both indoors and outdoors. You help with dressing and undressing, participate in educational meals, and above all, you are a present adult for the children.
With us, you are always personally matched to your assignments. You have a personal contact with us who supports you when you need it before, during, and after work. Of course, you'll receive an introduction before you start.
Qualifications and Qualities
We are looking for you who have:
· Completed high school education or childcare training
· Very good Swedish language skills, both spoken and written
· Previous experience working with children and young people
· Are positive and confident in your role as a role model
· Are prepared to take responsibility and initiative and want to collaborate with others
· Can work at least 3 days per week (for students, at least 1 day/week)
· Are prepared to work as you promise
