Sales are made through outgoing calls to existing and/or new customers. We work with unlimited commission, so it is your own effort that determines your income! It is an advantage if you have worked in sales in some form before, but it is not a requirement. We believe that willingness and commitment are the most important, and we will help you with the knowledge and skills! To help you succeed in your work, we offer a joint introductory week for new employees, with basic sales and product training. The position starts at 75% so you can get your bearings and get a good start with us. With good results, there is an opportunity to work 85-100% after the probation period is completed.
