As a personal assistant, you work with a person who has a functional variation. There you help with the things in everyday life that many take for granted, such as getting dressed, taking care of the home, personal hygiene, and participating in recreational activities. You make a big difference and help another person's daily life function. We have clients of different ages and with different functional variations. Your workplace is where the client is located, and the job is both varied and eventful. We believe that contributing every day to enabling a person to live their life as they wish is the most important job in the world. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is engaged, respectful, and attentive. We would like to see that you have great patience and the ability to be personable while acting professionally. Regardless of your age, life situation, and background, you could be just the assistant we are looking for. We would like it if you: have a genuine interest in helping others. can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. can work flexible hours - day, evening, and weekends. Some of our positions also require the ability to work nights. have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). Other Information Employment form: hourly employment Scope: part-time, as needed Start date: by agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
