Personal Assistant for Our Young Male Client in Örebro

We are currently looking for someone who wants to become part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our young male client in Örebro. What does this position involve? Here you will work with a client who needs you by his side at all times. Outdoor activities and walks regardless of weather are a large part of your workday since the client benefits greatly from being outdoors. The client also enjoys water and swims once a week, so you will need to participate in the water activities. You are attentive and open to the client's way of communicating and are not unfamiliar with care work, as the client needs help with all personal hygiene, meals, and mobility. You will work day and evening shifts as well as every other weekend. We are looking for someone who wants to work on a fixed schedule, but also for someone who is willing to work as a substitute. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would appreciate that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. We would appreciate if you: have a genuine interest in helping others. can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. can work flexible working hours - day, evening, and weekends. have experience in care and support. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). have experience with Epilepsy. Other Information Employment form: Fixed-term and on-demand employment Scope: Two fixed-term positions at 80-90% Working hours: 07:00-17:00 and 17:00-22:00, possibly 09:00-21:00 on weekends (working hours may change) Start date: As soon as possible according to agreement.
