Work as a Personal Assistant for Our Female Client in Nora

We are currently looking for someone who wants to join our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our female client in Nora. What does this position involve? You will be working with an older woman in her best years. She is social and enjoys activities when her condition permits. Here you will be a helping hand both physically and mentally. You will need to help with practical tasks such as mobility assistance, personal hygiene, laundry, cleaning, and meal preparation. You will also provide support with phone calls and communication with others. We see that you, as an applicant, have experience in care work and a good understanding of people's different needs. We are looking for someone willing to work as needed, with shifts primarily scheduled for days, evenings, and weekends. Who are we looking for? We are looking for someone who is committed, respectful, and attentive. We would like to see that you have great patience and the ability to be personal while acting professionally. We would like it if you: Have a genuine interest in helping others. Can understand and make yourself understood in Swedish. Can work flexible working hours - day, evening, and weekend. Have experience in care and health services. (This is a plus, but not a requirement). Other Information Employment type: As-needed employment Scope: During sick leave and vacancies Working hours: Weekdays 09:30-15:00, 18:00-22:10; Weekends 10:00-15:00 and 18:00-22:10 Start date: Immediately by agreement We apply individual salary setting and have a collective bargaining agreement.
