Personal Assistant for Child in Västerås

We are currently looking for someone who wants to become part of our wonderful team and work as a personal assistant for our child client in Västerås. What does this position entail? We are now seeking personal assistants who want to work for our client in Västerås on a scheduled basis and who can serve as substitutes during illness or other absences. The client is a 14-year-old boy with autism and ADHD. He enjoys spending time outdoors, playing, and taking walks. He needs support and help with personal care and requires someone to be present with him at all times, providing the support he needs. The work tasks also involve supporting him in his daily life and other activities he wishes to participate in. In this assistance role, it is important that you are flexible, self-sufficient, have great patience, and are considerate of what the client needs. We are looking for someone who can work two days per week on a scheduled basis on Saturday and Sunday at approximately 15:30-21:30, and who can also work more hours during the week and on weekends as needed. Extent: Approximately 30% Work Hours: Every weekend, Saturday and Sunday 15:30-21:30 Start Date: 2026-09-01 We use individual salary setting and have a collective agreement.
