The job involves sales, putting guests first, and ensuring a positive gaming experience. We provide in-house training for all new employees, so you don't need prior work experience, although it's a plus. Most importantly, you need to be ready to give us your commitment. All our surplus goes to sports—since 1979, Idrottens Bingo has contributed over 1.3 billion to the sports sector. That's another reason why it's great to work with us. We want you to be service-oriented, flexible, ambitious, stress-resistant, and able to work independently since you'll mostly work alone. It's good if you're comfortable speaking into a microphone in front of people and have some confidence. Mental math and cash handling shouldn't be a problem, and being good at "reading people" is a must. Our work tasks include card sales, café sales, entertaining guests, cleaning, and bingo reporting. Since we're a small team working together, we place great importance on your personal qualities. We have a strong team spirit, and it's important that you have a pronounced sense of teamwork and value collaboration. Interviews will be held on an ongoing basis. Our halls are open most days of the year. Working as a Bingo Host means you work shifts—days, weekends, and evenings. This is a part-time position of approximately 15-20 hours/week. Requirements for the position: you must be at least 18 years old, speak Swedish, be focused on work, and want to develop in sales and service.
