From there we go out and drive around the entire Lerum municipality serving our customers, who are both businesses and private clients. We provide company cars for all employees. If you have experience working professionally with cleaning, that is very valuable, but what's most important to us is that you enjoy the work and feel that this is what you want to do. Fissa & Feja AB is a company that has existed since 1988. Today we work throughout the Sjuhärad region with a focus on Alingsås, Borås, Lerum, and Bollebygd and surrounding areas. We perform all types of cleaning in both private homes and businesses. Fissa & Feja is seeking one more team member for our Lerum team. The job mainly involves cleaning private homes, but we perform all types of cleaning such as offices, stairwell cleaning, construction cleaning, moving cleaning, window cleaning, etc. It is valuable if you have previous cleaning experience. But what's most important is that you love to clean and have an eye for detail. You enjoy keeping things organized and tidy and like customer interaction. Social skills are very important in this work as you'll meet many of our customers. We are currently seeking a 75-90% position that could develop into a full-time position if everything works out. If you don't have the right skills, experience, or driver's license, we cannot offer you a job, possibly only temporary work. What's most important to us is that you are the right person. We work Monday to Friday. However, the hours may vary slightly depending on the assignment. The position involves working independently but may sometimes include cleaning in pairs with another colleague on certain days, so it's important that you can work together with others but also that you are self-reliant. We place great emphasis on you being thorough, positive, flexible, stress-resistant, and having a good sense of service and customer relations. It is a requirement that you have a class B driver's license and master the Swedish language both verbally and in writing.
