Part-Time Work at ICA Warehouse in Helsingborg – We're Looking for You!

Do you have another job or are you studying and can work 3 days a week during the terms? We are currently looking for motivated and engaged people who want to combine another job or studies with a well-paid part-time job at the ICA warehouse in Helsingborg! Work as a forklift driver/warehouse worker at ICA's warehouse in Helsingborg will mainly involve forklift driving and picking goods by hand with the help of a voice guidance system that instructs you what to pick. The work tasks are physically demanding and characterized by a high work pace where you work in different temperature zones. To thrive and be suitable for the position, you need to have high flexibility and availability. You must be able to work at least two weekdays (Monday-Thursday) plus either Friday or Saturday - every week. Since ICA's warehouse operations run 24/7, every day of the week, work shifts can vary between day, evening, and sometimes night. The position suits you if you want a long-term and well-paid part-time job and have no problem stepping in with short notice. During periods of higher demand, such as summer and Christmas, you are expected to be able to work more shifts and sometimes up to full-time. This is a consulting assignment, which means you will be employed by StudentConsulting but work as a consultant for our customer ICA. As part of the recruitment process, you will complete two tests available in your profile when you register your application. The tests are called the ICA language test and Work-related behavior (ADEPT-15). We are now recruiting with an introduction start as early as September, week 36. Note that our introduction is conducted over five working days (Monday–Friday) and requires 100% attendance. It is therefore a requirement that you as an applicant are available full-time during the entire training period. WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR To be suitable for the position, you must be studying a post-secondary education program at least 50% with at least one year remaining in your studies, or have another main occupation at least 50%. Regardless of occupation, you must be able to work at the ICA warehouse at least two full weekdays (Monday-Thursday) plus either Friday or Saturday - every week. We will only proceed with people who can provide documentation proving this. Furthermore, you should have: - Forklift license A1-4 (TLP2 or TLP10) - Good physical fitness - Passed background check - Very good ability to understand and communicate in Swedish - Valid ID document (passport or national ID card) and right to work in Sweden - B-category driving license and access to your own car to quickly get to the workplace at Långeberga As a person, you as an applicant are thorough, flexible, and take responsibility.
