The final four weeks are conducted as on-the-job training with an employer where there is potential for employment after completing the training. The training is suitable for you if you are practically minded and can handle physically demanding tasks while maintaining a steady and high work pace. Through the training, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and create good conditions for future employment in a growing industry! Selection is ongoing. After an initial Teams interview, candidates who advance will be presented to hiring managers, who will conduct interviews in August for the final selection for the training. If you have experience in construction, industrial production, carpentry, skilled trades, or similar areas, you have valuable knowledge for jobs in the factories, and we are also interested in finding you with skills in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, welding, and tile setting.
