The training combines theory and practice to give you the knowledge demanded in modern factories that manufacture residential and building modules. The final four weeks are conducted as an internship with an employer where there is an opportunity for employment after completing the training. The training is suitable for you if you are practically minded and can handle physically demanding tasks while maintaining a steady and high work pace. Through the training, you will have the opportunity to develop your skills and create good conditions for future employment in a growing industry! Selection is ongoing. After an initial Teams interview, candidates who advance will be presented to hiring managers, who will conduct interviews in August for the final selection for the training program. If you have experience in construction, industrial production, carpentry, trades, or similar areas, you have valuable knowledge for factory jobs and we are also interested in finding candidates with skills in areas such as plumbing, electrical work, welding, and tile setting.
