JENSEN Komvux offers both vocational and theoretical education, both in classroom and distance formats. As a Student and Career Counselor at JENSEN Komvux, you will have a key role in working together with engaged colleagues and present management to guide our students toward their next goal in life. Duties and Areas of Responsibility Guide adult students toward their next goal in life. Validate adult students' knowledge to shorten the learning path. Responsible for individual study plans, with revised study plans created and kept up to date. Serve as contact person with the municipality's student and career counselors. Work closely with management, teachers, and administrators. Build relationships with contact persons at municipalities. Monitor the external environment regarding the job market and education initiatives. Contribute to achieving our strategic goals regarding quality, customer satisfaction, and growth. Be able to work in the municipality's administrative systems. Qualifications We are looking for a certified Student and Career Counselor with previous experience in student and career counseling, preferably within Komvux. You are driven by building strong relationships both internally and externally. You have significant commitment and drive beyond the ordinary. You want to develop in your professional role and contribute to the organization achieving its goals. As a person, you are creative and open to new ideas and perspectives. You are attentive, stress-resistant, and have a strong sense of responsibility. Employment Type The position is a permanent full-time/part-time employment starting immediately or by agreement.
