Detailed Information Requirements: A natural person may be appointed as director of TZMT s.r.o. if they: - are a citizen of the Czech Republic, or a foreign national with permanent residence in the Czech Republic, - have reached the age of 18, - are legally capable, - have a clean criminal record. Job Responsibilities: o managing the company in accordance with generally binding legal regulations and the company's business objectives, including ensuring the maintenance of required records and accounting o managing the administration, operation, and organization of maintenance of sports facilities, recreational and fitness facilities, and cultural and educational facilities (municipal cinema) o organizing sports, cultural, and other programs o preparing and concluding contracts with sports organizations and cultural event providers, identifying interesting activities for managed facilities, and concluding all other contracts related to company operations o discussing matters at the general assembly, supervisory board, and city authorities o preparing conceptual materials concerning the company's further development o making efforts to reduce energy intensity and protect the environment Requirements: " university degree, or secondary education with matura and at least five years of relevant work experience, " suitable experience in a managerial or similar position " basic knowledge of commercial, civil, and labor law " managerial, organizational, leadership, and communication skills; responsible approach to assigned tasks " familiarity with local sports and cultural activities " high work commitment, flexibility " clean criminal record " PC skills " Class B driver's license " knowledge of English and possibly another world language (advantageous) We Offer: " independent work with opportunities for self-realization " appropriate working and salary conditions " basic monthly salary of 85,000 Kč " possibility of a performance bonus up to 200,000 Kč/year for meeting targets " additional benefits: company phone, company car, pension and life insurance contributions, meal vouchers List of Documents Required for the Selection Process: 1.
