Salary for part-time position (0.5 FTE) - 396.00 EUR per month before taxes
Main job responsibilities:
Coordinate and manage the youth initiative center's operations in accordance with the center's activity plan
Create a positive collaborative environment that respects young people's needs, experience, thinking style, and abilities, providing opportunities for young people to implement their ideas and initiatives
Collaborate with the parish cultural activities organizer, sports events organizer, library director, and Vārmes Primary School
Engage and motivate young people to participate in parish community events, organize their own events, and participate in events organized by other youth centers
Requirements for candidates:
Professional secondary or higher education, preferably in pedagogy
Ability to work with young people and understanding of their needs and wishes
Collaboration and communication skills
Creativity and initiative
Willingness and ability to learn
Latvian language proficiency level C1
