Saulkrastu novada pašvaldība (reg. no. 90000068680) invites you to join our team YOUTH WORKER (indefinite term) Main Job Responsibilities Plan and implement work with youth by organizing non-formal education activities, events, and projects; Identify youth needs, interests, and development opportunities; provide suggestions for improving youth work; Consult with youth on education, career, participation, volunteer work, and other relevant topics; Promote youth initiatives, civic participation, and engagement in community life; Organize meaningful leisure activities and develop life skills necessary for youth; Collaborate with municipal institutions, educational institutions, non-governmental organizations, and other partners; Ensure information flow, document completed work, and prepare necessary reports; Represent the municipality at youth sector events and promote cross-sectoral cooperation. Requirements for Candidates: First-cycle (bachelor's level) higher professional education; Desired experience working with youth, in non-formal education, project implementation, or organizing public activities; Knowledge of youth work principles and methods; Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills; Ability to plan work, work independently and in a team; Good digital skills; High sense of responsibility and desire for professional development.
