Beyond school staff, people from the business community, public sector, and civil society organizations are important to the school's role modeling work. You can collaborate with other subject teachers and the school's partners to develop and create projects that make teaching relevant and educational. - You have experience and knowledge in managing school IT platforms. - You have high expectations of your students, believe that everyone can succeed, and are prepared to create the conditions necessary for students to develop their abilities and potential. - You have a professional and responsive approach in your interactions with students and guardians while being attentive and patient.
