Develop current educational programs for the museum for children, students, and adults. Collaborate and maintain contacts with representatives of educational and public institutions. Conduct museum tours and educational programs. Maintain the museum educator archive. Participate in collection acquisition. Conduct visitor surveys. Participate in preparation of museum events. Consult museum visitors and specialists on collection items. Requirements for candidates: Undergraduate studies or first or second level higher education; Knowledge of regulations governing museum operations and collection management, and ability to apply them in practice; Excellent knowledge of Latvian language (spoken and written); Understanding of museum collection items, their historical value, and preservation; Excellent computer skills (MS Office applications, Internet, electronic document management system) and modern office software; Ability to prepare and deliver presentations, ability to prepare various types of documents (decisions, reports, etc.).
