Requirements for candidates: • Registered in the Psychologists Register and holds a psychologist certificate in the professional field of "education and school psychology"; • no criminal record in accordance with Article 50 of the Education Law and Article 72 of the Child Rights Protection Law; • state language proficiency at the highest level; Job Responsibilities: Consultation of students, parents, educators, and other school staff regarding psychological issues of students; Provision of psychological assistance and engagement of other competent specialists in crisis and other situations when necessary for students, student groups, student parents/legal representatives, educators, and other school staff; Preparing recommendations for cases of students' learning, upbringing, behavioral, and emotional difficulties, cooperating with educators, support personnel, and other persons when necessary; Collaboration with representatives of other professions and other psychologists in addressing student issues, observing the requirements of legal acts, professional ethics, and confidentiality; Conducting preventive work with students, their parents/legal representatives, and educators; Educating students, their parents/legal representatives, educators, and other persons on psychological matters; Providing support to students in the adaptation process; Preparing collaboration reports for each client; Preparing and submitting a psychologist's opinion or collaboration report when requested by the guardianship authority, law enforcement agency, or other competent institution, informing the parents/legal representative accordingly in accordance with the psychologist's competence; Participation in the development of individual support measure plans, collaborating with other school specialists (speech therapist, special educator, social pedagogue, other educators, administration); Consultation with students with special needs, their parents/legal representatives, and educators on matters of individual approach in teaching and upbringing processes; Collaboration with student parents/legal representatives, informing them of student resources and difficulties at school, offering psychological support and assistance, providing recommendations when necessary; Ensuring student safety and compliance with school internal regulations; Informing school administration, law enforcement institutions, and child protection institutions of cases where emotional, physical, or sexual abuse of students is detected at school or elsewhere; Planning own work in accordance with school-determined priorities, goals, objectives, and student needs; Reporting on work results, observing confidentiality principles set out in the Psychologists Law and the Psychologists Code of Ethics; Attending Pedagogical Council meetings and other meetings related to teaching and upbringing work in full scope. Participating in the planning and evaluation of school activities. We offer: • An indefinite-term employment contract for performing Education Psychologist duties; • Monthly salary of 1175.00 EUR per position rate (according to Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 445 of April 5, 2026 "Regulations on Teacher Remuneration") before tax deduction.
