Educational Psychologist (15 hours per week)
Job Responsibilities
· Conduct psychological assessments of students and prepare professional reports.
· Provide individual and group consultations regarding emotional, behavioral, and learning difficulties.
· Support student adaptation and emotional well-being at school.
· Consult with teachers and parents about children's emotional and behavioral needs.
· Participate in the development and implementation of individual support plans.
· Conduct preventive work (emotion management, bullying prevention, safety, stress reduction).
· Collaborate with the support team and external institutions.
· Maintain documentation in compliance with regulatory requirements.
Education and Qualifications
· Higher education in psychology (bachelor's and/or master's degree).
· Professional qualification – psychologist (in accordance with the Psychologists Law).
· Registration in the Psychologists Register (preferred – specialization in educational and school psychology).
Knowledge and Skills
· Knowledge of child and adolescent development, emotional and social needs.
· Ability to conduct psychological assessments and prepare professional reports.
· Ability to provide consultations in both acute and long-term situations.
· Knowledge of bullying prevention, behavioral problem-solving, and mental health support.
· Ability to work effectively in an interdisciplinary team.
· Ability to work confidentially, adhering to professional ethics codes.
· Strong communication, listening, and analytical skills.
