Work Type: Fixed-term employment contract, 1 position ESF+ Project No. 4.2.2.3/1/24/I/001 "Creation of a Professional Support System for Educators", project duration until August 31, 2029 Monthly Salary: 1645 EUR Profession Code – 2351 01 Work Location: Aizkraukle, Lāčplēša iela 1 Application Deadline: August 5, 2026 Key Job Responsibilities: · Ensure project management and coordination of activities. · Plan, lead, and coordinate methodological work in the district according to established methodological work priorities. · Collaborate with project coordinators from other districts. · Identify continuing education needs of pedagogical staff and accordingly develop, implement, and organize professional development activities. · Implement professional support measures and consultations for educators to promote education quality development in the district. · Plan and implement support measures to promote student excellence in general education subjects at the regional level, and encourage student participation at national and international levels. Requirements for Candidates: · In accordance with Cabinet of Ministers Regulations No. 569 of September 11, 2018 "Regulations on Education and Professional Qualifications Required for Pedagogues and the Procedure for Continuing Professional Development of Pedagogues". · Higher pedagogical education. · Ability to organize, work in a team, good interpersonal and communication skills. · Ability to express and substantiate your opinion argumentatively. · Experience in pedagogical work in an educational institution. · Desired experience in planning, coordinating, or organizing methodological work in an educational institution. · Good skills in office equipment operation. · Excellent computer literacy. · State language proficiency at the highest level in accordance with State Language Law requirements.
