Madona Municipality Central Administration (registration No. 40900037250) invites applications for an Education Work Specialist position in the Education Department on a permanent basis.
Main job responsibilities:
Promote the implementation of inclusive education principles in municipal educational institutions;
Oversee the implementation of special education programs in the municipality, coordinate support staff work, and provide advisory support to educational institutions and parents of students with special needs for inclusion;
Provide practical support to educational institutions regarding the latest pedagogical approaches and teaching methodology application in daily work;
Ensure methodological support to municipal educational institutions, plan and direct purposeful methodological work and teachers' professional development activities;
Promote active cooperation between educational institutions, state institutions, non-governmental organizations, and other municipal structural units to ensure a unified approach to education policy implementation in the municipality.
We offer:
Regular working hours (40 hours per week) on a permanent basis with a 3-month probationary period;
Monthly salary EUR 1,503.00 before tax;

Requirements for applicants:
Academic or second-level higher pedagogical education;
Experience in pedagogical work;
Knowledge of general education content and methodology issues, including special education matters;
State language proficiency at the highest level according to State Language Law requirements;
Ability to work with office equipment, user-level proficiency with Microsoft Office software, ability and willingness to learn various electronic data entry systems;
Ability to work both in a team and independently, organize and accurately perform job duties;
Ability to analyze situations and consequences, listen, resolve conflicts, maintain confidentiality;
Systematic professional qualification development;
Good communication skills and ability to observe professional ethics standards;
Category B driver's license desired.
