WE INVITE APPLICATIONS FOR JŪRMALA EDUCATION ADMINISTRATION EDUCATION CONTENT DEPARTMENT POSITION: SENIOR EDUCATION SPECIALIST (for an indefinite period) MAIN DUTIES: plan, organize, and coordinate state examinations and centralized exams in Jūrmala city educational institutions, using the State Examinations Information System; plan the schedule for state examinations and exam commission work in accordance with regulatory requirements; organize and coordinate student scientific research activities in the municipality, including the municipal stage of student scientific research competitions and scientific paper presentations; evaluate pedagogical staff tarification and monitor teacher education compliance with regulatory requirements, using State Education Information System data; provide methodological support to educational institutions in organizing self-evaluation processes and preparing for education program accreditation; prepare analytical reports, data compilations, and informational materials about educational institutions' activities; participate in educational institution inspection visits, evaluate education process quality, and prepare recommendations for its improvement. REQUIREMENTS: higher education in pedagogy, education management, social sciences, or another field relevant to the position; understanding of regulatory acts governing the education sector; desired experience in an educational institution or education administration field; ability to analyze information, prepare conclusions and recommendations; excellent computer and information systems skills; ability to independently plan work, set priorities, and meet deadlines; good collaboration, communication, and presentation skills; excellent knowledge of the state language.
