Key Job Responsibilities:
provide necessary support and collaborate with municipal institutions implementing preschool education programs;
organize and coordinate child enrollment in Ropažu Municipality preschool education institutions;
consult with children's parents and legal guardians about opportunities to obtain preschool education in the Municipality's administrative territory;
in cooperation with the preschool sector coordinator and preschool administration, organize educational events in preschool education, seminars, courses, and coordinate methodological work in the preschool sector within the municipality;
prepare municipal internal regulatory act drafts in the education field within your scope of competence;
ensure quality monitoring in preschool education institutions;
coordinate preschool education-related projects in the municipality.
Requirements for Candidates:
higher pedagogical education, qualification as a preschool teacher;
experience in preschool education management;
state language proficiency at an advanced level;
good cooperation and communication skills, ability to work creatively;
excellent knowledge and skills in working with information technology;
knowledge and understanding of work in municipal structures will be considered an advantage.
