Key job responsibilities: provide necessary support and collaborate with municipal institutions implementing preschool education programs; organize and coordinate child enrollment in Ropažu preschool education institutions; consult with parents and legal guardians about opportunities to obtain preschool education in the Municipality's administrative territory; in cooperation with the preschool sector coordinator and preschool administrations, organize educational events in preschool education, seminars, courses, and coordinate methodological work in the preschool sector within the municipality; prepare draft internal regulatory documents in the field of education within your competence; ensure quality monitoring of preschool education institutions; coordinate preschool education-related projects in the municipality. Requirements for candidates: higher pedagogical education, qualification – preschool teacher; experience in preschool education management; state language proficiency at the highest level; good collaboration and communication skills, ability to work creatively; excellent knowledge and skills in working with information technology; knowledge and understanding of work in municipal structures will be considered an advantage.
