About the position As an IT Developer at Jonsson & Söner, you'll have a central role in the organization where you work closely with both technology and business. The role reports directly to the CEO and is part of the company's support functions, which provides good insight and opportunity to influence future development. The assignment is broad and combines development, operations, and business-focused IT. Initially, the focus is on reclaiming and further developing the monitoring of the crushers as well as strengthening the IT environment, including systems connected to Microsoft and Monitor. In the long term, there is an opportunity to take greater responsibility for support and IT-related issues across the entire operation. Work responsibilities The role involves varied work where you combine technical development with responsibility for operations and improvement of the IT environment. You will, among other things: design, develop, and maintain software solutions ensure performance, usability, and security in systems contribute to cybersecurity work and compliance with the company's IT policies work with networks and IT infrastructure participate in development projects and work with troubleshooting and improvements collaborate with internal teams and the business The role also involves contributing to structure, improved work methods, and a sustainable IT environment for the long term. Qualifications Jonsson & Söner is seeking a person who thrives in a broad role and has the ability to combine technical competence with business understanding. For success in the role, the company sees that you have: education in systems science, computer engineering, Computer Science, informatics, or equivalent documented experience working as a software or IT developer You also have professional experience with: programming in HTML, C++ (or C#), Java, and .NET development, design, and maintenance of software solutions working with performance, usability, and security cybersecurity and secure development practices networks and IT infrastructure troubleshooting and continuous improvement work You have good communication skills and express yourself well in both Swedish and English Personal qualities Great importance will be placed on personal qualities in this recruitment.
