We are now seeking a driven task leader for our IT Production unit. The unit's mission is to manage the operations of Bolagsverket's IT services and to ensure the development and maintenance of our technical infrastructure. The unit is also responsible for Bolagsverket's technical support. As an IT task leader within infrastructure, you have a management function within the IT Production unit and you are an important contributor in making major transitions. You lead unit-wide development initiatives regarding both technology and our operations. You will be a valuable resource for the entire unit where, according to agile principles, you coordinate our combined development efforts, while also leading us to continuously improve our way of jointly planning and controlling the development of infrastructure. You can also take on the role of Product Area Manager, which involves leading and coordinating work within an infrastructure area (product area); this includes responsibility for team management, finances, licenses, procurements, etc. for the area. QUALIFICATIONS We are looking for someone with completed and relevant post-secondary education in IT or other experience that we can assess as equivalent. We want you to have several years of current experience in task leadership or equivalent management role. You also need to have several years of experience working with IT infrastructure in relevant roles, such as system technician or technical project manager. Furthermore, we want you to have been involved in procurements of IT infrastructure in previous work and have good experience managing suppliers. Experience with agile working methods and teamwork according to agile principles is meritorious, and we would like to see that you have previously used Atlassian Jira as a work tool in your work. You must also have good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written. You should have strong leadership skills and be able to motivate and engage those around you. As a person, you are clear and make your decisions based on the needs of the organization. You work in a structured manner and have the ability to organize and plan your work, which means you work according to a set plan and complete what you start.
