We are looking for someone who has: Relevant upper secondary education At least 1 year of experience as an IT technician Knowledge of ticket management systems General knowledge of computers, peripherals, operating systems, networks, and information security Knowledge of Microsoft Office or equivalent Very good knowledge of Swedish and English, both spoken and written Who are you?
