IT Technician for Customer in Umeå

IT Support We are looking for a dedicated person to join our customer's IT support team with placement in 1st Line support. You will play a crucial role in ensuring that technical issues are resolved quickly and efficiently. Key responsibilities Provide support and solutions for various technical issues faced by users Handle tickets through the ticketing system and follow up to ensure complete resolution Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth technical operations and integration Meritorious with IT education and experience in IT support Experience and knowledge of ticketing systems and their functions Good overall knowledge of computers, peripherals, and operating systems Good skills with Windows operating systems About the position This position is a consulting assignment where you will work on-site at our customer and where Adecco is your employer. The position is full-time (100%), with daytime working hours. The assignment starts in September and is expected to run until the end of January 2027. What do we offer?
