Work Tasks As our new IT technician, you will: Be the heart of our user support, where you solve technical challenges and guide colleagues through our digital world Perform advanced troubleshooting and optimize our systems for best possible performance and security Participate in our ticket and incident management, where you become a key player in keeping our support and IT infrastructure in top condition We Are Looking for Someone Who Has great enthusiasm for IT support and a genuine interest in technology Is a positive team player with excellent communication skills Has relevant IT education or equivalent knowledge Wants to work with the latest technology in client management, networking and security and enjoys learning and developing.
