About the Position As an IT technician at Diversa Solutions AB, you work independently at customers' locations with everything from simple installations to more advanced technical troubleshooting and service. The work involves daily customer contact where professional conduct, good communication, and high service awareness are a natural part of the job. You will represent Diversa Solutions AB at the customer's location and are expected to always work with high quality, precision, and a solution-oriented approach. You plan your work together with management and are responsible for completing each assignment efficiently, safely, and with the highest possible customer satisfaction. The position involves working at customer locations throughout Skåne and you will work from planned customer assignments according to the company's schedule. Work Tasks Your work tasks may include: Installation and configuration of computers and workstations. Installation of networks, routers, access points, and WiFi solutions. Troubleshooting and repair of computers, mobile phones, TVs, and other consumer electronics. Installation of printers and other peripherals. Installation and configuration of Smart Home solutions. Installation of surveillance cameras. Installation and commissioning of alarm systems. Installation and troubleshooting of TV and media solutions. Assembly and installation of technical equipment at homes and businesses. On-site technical support at customer locations. Maintenance, service, and functionality checks of installed equipment. Documentation of completed work according to company procedures. Advisory services to customers regarding technical solutions and future improvements. Ensuring that each assignment is completed with high quality and good customer satisfaction. The work tasks vary depending on the assignment, making the position both developmental, varied, and stimulating. We're Looking for Someone Who We're looking for someone who is service-oriented, responsible, and has a great interest in technology. You enjoy solving problems, work in a structured and careful manner, and are comfortable meeting people in different environments. You are flexible, self-motivated, and have an easy time building trust with customers through professional conduct. We would like to see that you have: A strong interest in technology. Good problem-solving skills. Good teamwork abilities. Professional customer service skills. Ability to work independently. Good computer skills. Good knowledge of Swedish in speech and writing. Basic knowledge of English. Ability to plan, prioritize, and organize your work. Requirements Class B driver's license for manual transmission. Ability to work throughout all of Skåne. No criminal record and suitable to work at customer locations. Good physical ability as some installations may involve lifting and practical work. Meritorious It is an advantage if you have experience in one or more of the following areas: IT support. Networking. Fiber installation. Electronics repair. Smart Home. Camera surveillance. Alarm systems. Installation technology. Telecommunications. Field service. Customer service. Previous experience is not a requirement.
