About Netred Netred AB is an IT provider offering comprehensive solutions including hardware and software, cloud services, and software development. Through our close collaboration with Monitor ERP System, we operate throughout Sweden. Our office is located in Tidaholm with currently 15 employees. Your responsibilities: You will be part of a team of technicians responsible for operations, support, and development of IT environments for our customers of various sizes and industries, primarily within the manufacturing sector. You will mainly work from our Tidaholm office providing remote support where you respond to emails and take calls from our customers. Some technical assistance with the Monitor ERP business system will also be included. About you We are looking for someone who is social, friendly, and eager to learn new things. Interest in technology is considered an advantage, and you should be comfortable speaking on the phone, as many of our customers contact us that way. It is meritorious if you have previously worked with Office365, AD, computers, and peripherals. Interviews will start in mid-August due to vacation periods.
