Primary Responsibility: An IT Technician provides daily user support, management, and repair of IT infrastructure for our international clients. Job Duties: - end-user support - installation and configuration of network components - MS Windows OS management, application management - installation, replacement, configuration, and repair of end-user devices (PCs, laptops, printers, peripherals) - communication with foreign clients and addressing their requests Position Requirements: - minimum secondary technical education completed with graduation exam - at least 2 years of experience in a similar position preferred / position is also suitable for secondary school graduates with completed graduation exam (IT/electrical specialization) - knowledge of TCP/IP networks - good knowledge of MS Office - Microsoft, CISCO, or other manufacturer certifications preferred - Driver's license category B - preferred (not required) - English language - required good knowledge at communicative level, minimum B1 level Personal Qualifications: - independence and results-oriented approach - responsible and customer-focused approach, reliability - ability and willingness to learn new things - time flexibility - ability to work independently and as part of a team - clean criminal record - psychological resilience to stress Type of Employment: full-time or part-time for distance learning students.
