IT Support Technician for Established Property Management Company

We are now looking for a driven and initiative-taking IT support technician for an established property management company in Stockholm. Here you will work broadly with internal IT support and help colleagues with both small and large technical challenges. About the Position: As an IT support technician, you will work with internal IT support for approximately 260 users in Stockholm and Gothenburg. You will be based at the office in Stockholm and provide support via phone, email, remote access, and on-site visits. Issues range from passwords and logins to troubleshooting network, hardware, and Microsoft environments. There is no traditional division between 1st and 2nd line support, which means you will work broadly and take responsibility for cases from start to resolution. You will work together with IT colleagues and also have close contact with the company's IT Business Solutions department. Key Responsibilities: Provide internal IT support via phone, email, remote access, and on-site visits Troubleshoot and handle cases involving Windows, Office, networking, and hardware Administer user accounts and permissions, network, and hardware Handle incoming cases in the company's case management system Administer and work in Microsoft-based IT environments Provide pedagogical guidance to users and contribute to creating a secure and service-oriented IT experience Act proactively in daily work and identify ways to further support the business We Are Looking for You If You: Have 1–2 years of work experience in IT support or equivalent Have good knowledge of Microsoft Windows 10 and 11 as well as Microsoft Office Have experience with Microsoft Active Directory Have a good understanding of networking Have experience with Microsoft SCCM Have some knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server Speak and write Swedish fluently and have good knowledge of English Great importance will be placed on your personal qualities, and we are looking for someone who is service-oriented, social, and solution-focused. You are pedagogical and enjoy not just solving problems but also explaining and guiding the user. Furthermore, you are initiative-taking and enterprising, dare to tackle problems on your own, and actively seek solutions. You have good social awareness, can read different situations, and are motivated by giving that extra mile in meeting with users. About the Employment: This is a consulting assignment, which means that initially you will be employed by Friday. The ambition from the Client and our side is that after 12 months you will become directly employed by the client.
